Submission Guidelines

To ensure a smooth submission process, please adhere to the following guidelines for your manuscript:

1. Manuscript Preparation
   • The manuscript must be written in English.
   • The length of the paper should be a minimum of 4 pages and a maximum of 6 pages (including tables, figures, and references).
   • Extra pages are allowed up to a maximum of 8 pages, with an additional fee of US$ 10 per page.
   • Manuscripts must follow the A4 standard IEEE Xplore double-column format.

3. Submission Process
   • Submit your full paper in PDF format through the ISMEE Submission System via the EDAS Conference and Journal Management System:

   • Conference ID: N33680
   • Log in using your email address and password. If you do not have an account, follow the prompts to create one.
   • Continue to enter the required information as prompted.
   • An online confirmation will be sent to your email to verify your account settings.
4. Presentation Requirement
   • At least one author of each accepted paper must register and present the paper at the conference either orally (offline) or virtually (online).
   • Failure to present will result in the paper being excluded from distribution in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
   • ONLY Accepted & Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.
5. Camera-Ready Paper Submission
   • After acceptance, submit your final camera-ready paper via the EDAS system.
